Terms of Service — AT the Stage, LLC

Welcome to atthestage.co (the “Site”), operated by AT the Stage, LLC (“AT the Stage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Services; no medical care through the Site
The Site provides information about our athletic training services and enables scheduling and general inquiries. The Site does not provide medical care or emergency services. We do not offer “telehealth.” We may offer virtual consultation prior to services and virtual consulting for educational or coaching purposes; these are not medical services and are not a substitute for in-person evaluation and care.
3) Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
Attempt to access non-public areas or data
Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
4) Accounts, scheduling, and payments
The Site is currently used for information and inquiries only. We do not take payments or bookings through the Site. Do not submit payment card details or protected health information (PHI) via web forms or email.
If we later enable online booking or payments, the applicable terms and vendor disclosures will be updated here and in the Privacy Policy.
5) Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to AT the Stage, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6) User submissions
If you submit information via forms or email, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have rights to provide it. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) via general website forms or email. For PHI, use the channels we designate.
7) Third‑party links and services
The Site may link to third‑party sites and services (e.g., scheduling, payments, analytics). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
8) Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AT THE STAGE, LLC AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AT the Stage, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11) Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Exclusive venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted to the Site.
